Welcome to Little Chapters. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, suspected fraud, or other exceptional circumstances. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.

Product Information

We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours and sizing information are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and screen settings.

As our garments are produced in batches, minor variations between items may occur.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Little Chapters is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

Pre-orders

Items marked as pre-order have an estimated dispatch timeframe stated on the relevant product page. These dates are estimates and may occasionally change due to production or shipping delays.

If there is a significant delay, we will contact affected customers with available options.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions and cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify or end promotions at any time.

All Little Chapters branding, artwork, photographs and original content remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
