Pre-orders

You may request to cancel a pre-order before it has been dispatched by contacting us through the contact details provided on our website.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead be subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Estimated dispatch dates are provided as a guide and may occasionally change due to production or shipping delays. If there is a significant delay to your order, we will notify you and provide the option to continue waiting or cancel the affected item for a full refund.

Refunds

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Little Chapters reserves the right to cancel a purchase option where an item becomes unavailable or cannot reasonably be fulfilled. In this case, you will receive a full refund for the affected item.
