All SG orders are shipped via Singpost with tracking
All MY orders are shipped via TracX Logis

Return & Exchange Policy

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Returns are subject to $3 processing fee to cover warehouse processing.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs.
Please make sure that your item(s) are unworn, unaltered and still have the tags intact.

Please note
For returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria, we will unfortunately have to reject the request. In such cases, a return fee of S$5 will be charged to cover the courier arrangements from our warehouse back to customer.

For missing or incorrect items

Please drop us a message here within 30 days from the date of delivery with the following information:

Your Order Reference
The name of the item you ordered
The name of the item you received (if you have received an incorrect item)

Our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible on the next steps to take.

For incorrect item/s received, you will be sent a return postage label to return your order. Please make sure your items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have their tags on. We recommend returning the incorrect items only via our return postage label, as any charges incurred for using other modes of delivery won't be reimbursed.
